All ticket purchases made on our site are final. We do not offer refunds once a ticket is bought and processed through our system. This applies to all raffles, giveaways, and competition-based entries.
Refunds will not be provided due to:
Change of mind
Duplicate orders
Losing the raffle
Failing to complete the competition
However, if a raffle is canceled, delayed indefinitely, or affected by a technical issue caused by our system, you may submit a refund request within 24 hours of the incident. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If approved, your refund will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to this refund policy and understand that all sales are considered final.
